I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the greater Central Virginia real estate market. I offer service in surrounding areas to include but not limited to Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Augusta, and Nelson. I also offer service in the ever popular resort area of Wintergreen Mountain. I have a special interest in helping first time buyers, relocating parties and assisting the ever growing retirement and resort market.

I keep current of all transactions in the area and can offer valuable market knowledge regarding lifestyle benefits and the pricing structure of different neighborhoods. I have over ten years of sales and marketing experience which contribute to allowing me to bring a high caliber of professionalism, negotiation skills, and business acumen to the table. As a result, this combination of attributes further enables me to be an asset to both buyers and sellers in terms of closing transactions in a win-win fashion. I also devote a portion of each year to continued study that further allows me to better serve my clients.

PERSONAL BIO
Born and raised in the rolling hills of West Virginia in the northern panhandle of the Mountain State. Obtained a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in the field of Marketing from West Virginia University in Morgantown. Relocated to Columbus, Ohio following graduation and began my sales career in the pharmaceutical industry. I began my real estate career in beautiful and historic Charleston, South Carolina. I later relocated to Virginia in 2002 and shortly thereafter began to again pursue my passion for real estate.

I truly love Virginia, for the mountains feel like home to me. Living a life of adventure & moving numerous times throughout the years has bestowed upon me a unique personal understanding and competence in terms of dealing with the complexity often involved with relocation.
I further feel that my strong commitment to honesty,integrity, understanding,accountability and creativity all combine to set me apart from the masses of real estate agents.
